Groove is in the Heart – Harmony Singing Workshops!

A high-energy harmony singing workshop that celebrates the joy of collective voice. Packed with vibrant rhythms, rich arrangements and spine-tingling ensemble moments, Groove is in the Heart is perfect for bringing singers together – whether as part of a festival, a choir away-day, or a one-off creative gathering.

I usually teach a mixture of material in a day workshop – my original compositions alongside work by some of my favourite composers and arrangers. It’s a rich repertoire built over 25 years of composing and arranging, often inspired by existing poetry and text, from Brecht to Blake, Malala to Makeba, and Sassoon to Simone.
